Tri-Tip Stew


1 cooked tri tip, trimmed & cubed
2 cans beer plus equal amount of water
6 potatoes, peeled & cubed
6 large carrots, cut in 1″ pieces
3 celery stalks, cut in 1″ pieces
1 large onion, cut in eighths
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley


Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1/2 hour or until vegetables are done. Thicken stew with flour and water mixture. (Add dumplings seasoned with Mansmith’s Grilling Spice if desired).
