Nancy’s Beef Vegetable Soup


2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium-size onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (l6 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables
4 Cups tomato juice
4-5 Cups water
1/2 lb. noodles (broken spaghetti or macaroni


In large pot, brown meat with onion, garlic & Mansmith’s Grilling Spice. Add vegetables, tomato juice, Mansmith’s BBQ Paste & water. Bring to boil. Lower heat & simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add noodles and simmer for 10 minutes more, until noodles are cooked. Serve hot with Parmesan cheese.
