Easy Broccoli Soup


6 C. chicken or vegetable stock
1/2 t. Mansmith’s Low Sodium Grilling Spice
1/2 t. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
8 C. chopped broccoli
5 medium potatoes, cubed in 1/2” pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1 ¾ C. milk
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese


Mix stock, spices and vegetables in a large soup pot. Heat to boiling. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and blend in food processor until smooth. Return to pot. Stir in milk and cheese. Heat through.
