6 oz. cooked crab meat
2 portabella mushrooms
½ C. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice
1 T. red wine
Combine all ingredients, except the mushrooms, in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Spoon half of the mixture into each mushroom. Place on the grill over medium high heat. Cover the cooker and heat through. You can also use smaller mushrooms and serve them as hors d’oeuvres.
