Slice & Spice Potatoes


4 baking potatoes
2 sweet onions (red or yellow), sliced into thin slices
1/4 C. melted butter
Mansmith’s Original or Low Sodium Grilling Spice


Scrub potatoes. Cut each potato into 4 or 5 crosswise slices, cutting to, but not through, the bottom. Brush butter between slices. Place an onion slice into each potato slice. Sprinkle with Mansmith’s Grilling Spice. Wrap each potato with heavy foil. Place on grill over medium-high heat.  Cook 45-50 minutes until tender, turning as needed.
