Instructions
Slice 5 cups carrots on the diagonal & blanch until crisp tender (6-8 minutes), add 1 green pepper, chopped & 1 red onion, sliced.
Mix the following together & pour over above.
1 can tomato soup
1/4 Cup Mansmith’s BBQ Paste
1/2 Cup salad oil
2/3 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup white vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Chill. Will keep in fridge up to 1 week.
