Garlicky Potatoes


1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. margarine
3 large red potatoes, cut into 1″ cubes
1 medium-size onion, cut into 1″ cubes
3-4 cloves garlic, halved
1/2 tsp. Mansmith’s Poultry Spice


Melt oil & margarine in a medium-size baking pan in a 475° oven. When butter is sizzling add potatoes, onion, and garlic. Sprinkle with Mansmith’s Poultry Spice, stir well. Bake until potatoes are golden brown & tender, stirring occasionally (20 minutes).
