Ingredients
2-1 lb. cans cut green beans, drained
1 onion, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, sliced thin
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Grilling Spice
1/4 Cup wine vinegar
1/4 Cup dry red wine
1/3 Cup salad oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together vegetables. Combine Mansmith’s Grilling Spice with remaining ingredients in a small jar and shake until well blended. Pour over vegetables & toss lightly; cover & refrigerate about 2 hours. Serve on salad greens.
