Watermelon Salad


Combine in a large bowl,
5 C. watermelon, in 1” cubes, seeded
1 C. green onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. fresh flat leaf parsley
1-2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno chilies.
Whisk together and pour over watermelon mixture,
1/4 C. olive oil
2 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
Season to taste with Mansmith’s Wild Fire.
