Cucumber Salad

Instructions

Make this the day before your picnic. In a medium bowl, mix ½ C. white vinegar, ¼ C. sugar, ½ t. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice. Add 2 thinly sliced medium-size cucumbers and 2 chopped green onions. Cover and refrigerate. Drain well before serving. Use Mansmith’s Chipotle Lime or Dry Fire for a spicier version. I love this with barbecued chicken or chicken sandwiches.
