4 C. very small broccoli florets
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ C. dried cranberries
¼ C. red onion, minced
1/3 C. olive oil
¼ C. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Rib Spice
Place broccoli, bacon, cranberries and onion in a large bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli mixture. Toss to coat with dressing. Cover and chill.
