Black Bean & Corn Salad

Instructions

Whisk together dressing ingredients:
¼ C. olive oil
1 ½ T. lime juice
1 t. Chipotle Lime

Pour over the following and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 16 oz. black beans, drained & rinsed 16 oz. canned corn, drained 1 C. fresh diced tomato 1 C. fresh diced zucchini ¼ C. chopped green onion ¼ C. chopped cilantro
