Instructions

Rinse & dry whole chicken. Brush with melted butter. Season chicken inside & out with Mansmith’s Poultry Spice. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

In a hurry? Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”. Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
