one small cooked tri tip, cut into thin strips
1 Tbs. olive oil
½ C. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 10 ½ oz.
1 can of sliced mushrooms, 4 oz.
¼ C. water
½ C. sour cream
½. tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Grilling Spice
Brown the onions in the oil, add the cooked meat. Stir in the soup, water, and seasonings. Cover and heat on low heat until it just stars to bubble, stirring often. Stir in the sour cream and heat through until it just starts to bubble again. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
