2 lbs. ground elk meat
2 Tbsp. olive oil
½ small red onion, chopped
4 large cloves of garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties (for large ½ # burgers). Grill over medium high heat, do not over cook. Serve on toasted hamburger buns with sliced tomatoes, sliced onion and lettuce. These are the best burgers.
