Tequila Lime Chicken Breasts


2 to 2 ½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 C. frozen, undiluted, limeade concentrate
6 Tbsp. tequila
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
2 tsp. Mansmith’s Chipotle Lime
¼ C. chopped cilantro
Finely grated lime peel


Combine all ingredients, except cilantro and lime peel in a large resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate. Place chicken on a medium hot grill. For a little more “kick”, sprinkle marinated breasts with more Mansmith’s Chipotle Lime seasoning. Cook for about 10 minutes per side or until lightly charred (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove from grill and top with cilantro and lime peel.
