Stuffed Bell Pepper Cups


6 medium size green or red peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 C. chopped onion
2 C. chopped tomatoes & their juices
3/4 C. instant rice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Mansmith’s Original or Low Sodium Grilling Spice
1 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Cut off tops of peppers, remove seeds and parboil upside down in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain. Brown beef with onion, add tomatoes, rice and seasonings. Cover and simmer for about 7 minutes. Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers, stand in a baking dish. Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.
