South of the Border Fajitas


2 lbs. flank steak
1/2 Cup red vine vinegar
1/3 Cup olive oil
1/3 Cup Tequila or lemon juice
juice of one lime
1 –2 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Dry Fire


Place steak in a large zipper-type bag. Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl and pour over steak. Marinate in the refrigerator 1 hour or overnight. Preheat grill to medium-high, using direct heat. Remove steak from bag, discard marinade. Grill 8 to 10 minutes per side. Remove from grill, let rest a few minutes before slicing into thin strips across the grain. Serve with grilled flour tortillas, grilled onions, & roasted peppers.
