Slow Smoked Pork Ribs


Rub down meat side of any cut of pork ribs, generously with brown sugar and season with Mansmith’s Rib Spice or your favorite Mansmith’s seasoning blend. Let sit for 15 to 30 minutes for meat to absorb flavors. Slow cook in an indirect smoker at 250 degrees F. for 4 hours. Enjoy with or without a final sauce.
