1 small head of red cabbage, cored and shredded
2 Fuji apples, peeled, cored and diced
½ C. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Glazing Rub
4 pork loin chops, bone in (about 2 lbs)
Place cabbage and apples in slow cooker. Stir in vinegar, and Glazing Rub. Place pork chops in cooker on top of cabbage. Cover and cook on high for 3 ½ hours or on low for 7 hours or until cabbage is tender.
