2 1/2-3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1/2 Cup Mansmith’s BBQ Paste
1/2 Cup liquid (beer, wine, fruit juice or water)
Combine Mansmith’s BBQ Paste & liquid. Wash & dry chicken & place in large baking pan. Pour half the BBQ sauce mixture over chicken & bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 uncovered. Baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes.
