Instructions
Marinate one large flank steak for several hours or over night in a mixture of:
1/8 Cup Mansmith’s BBQ Paste
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
Broil for about 5 minutes on each side. Slice thinly on the diagonal and serve.
