4 salmon steaks, 8 ounces each
1 T. olive oil
1/2 C. fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 T. lemon juice
Heat oil in grill pan, the kind with the ridges on the bottom, until hot but not smoking. Sprinkle salmon with Mansmith’s Fish & Seafood Seasoning. Cook 8-10 minutes, turning once, until salmon flakes with fork. Set aside. Quickly saute parsley and onion. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Serve over salmon steaks.
