Grilled Herbed Trout


6 trout, 1-1 1/2 lbs. each
1 C. lemon juice
2/3 C. salad oil
4 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Fish & Seafood Seasoning
1 t. fresh ground black pepper
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes


Make slits on each side of each fish. Place fish in a glass dish. Combine lemon juice, oil, spices, and parsley. Pour over fish. Cover tightly and refrigerate for one hour. Remove from marinade, place on greased grill over hot coals. Grill about 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Turn only once during the cooking process brushing often with the marinade.
