2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Chipotle Lime Seasoning
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Grate the lemon to yield 1 Tbsp. zest and squeeze the juice into a glass bowl. Combine the lemon zest and juice with the oil, garlic, parsley and seasoning. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat, about 10 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon strips and parsley.
