Ingredients
¼ C. orange juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
2 pounds salmon fillets
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Glazing Rub
2 tsp. Mansmith’s Cinnamon Stuff
1 tsp. grated orange peel
½ tsp. salt
Instructions
Mix orange juice, oil and thyme in a small bowl to make marinade. Place salmon in glass bowl and add marinade, turning to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix Glazing Rub, Cinnamon Stuff, orange peel and salt in a small bowl. Remove salmon from marinade and place on a greased, foil-lined pan. Discard marinade. Rub top of salmon with dry mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with more thyme leaves.
