Elk Stroganoff


1 ¼ lbs. elk round steak, thinly sliced across the grain
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Original or Low Sodium Grilling Spice
½ C. sliced fresh mushrooms
10.75 oz. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
8 oz. sour cream
hot cooked noodles


Brown the round steak in olive oil. Add the onions and cook until soft. Stir in the seasonings, mushrooms and soup. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring to blend. If too thick, add a little water. Add sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
