Citrus Pork Roast


2# boneless pork loin roast
1 T. Mansmith’s Glazing Rub
½ C. Mansmith’s BBQ Paste
1/3 C. orange marmalade
1/3 C. orange juice
1 t. hot pepper sauce


Season roast with Glazing Rub. Grill over medium, indirect heat until roast is done. (Internal temperature 155-160 degrees). Mix rest of ingredients to make a basting sauce. Baste every 10 minutes while grilling. Let roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Leftovers make great sandwiches.
