Chili Colorado


3 lbs. round steak in 1″ cubes
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 onion, diced 
1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional)
2 beef bullion cubes 
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
3 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Wild Fire
1 clove garlic, minced
1 15 oz. Spanish style stewed tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 15 oz. tomato sauce


In a large skillet brown meat with onion, bullion cube(s) and the Mansmith’s Wild Fire . This will bring out the moisture in the meat, add 1 or 2 cups of water to cover meat and bring to a boil. Add onion, and bay leaf, cover and simmer at low heat for 1-1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Uncover, add the Spanish style stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and remainder of seasoning. Simmer to desired consistency. Eat and enjoy!
