2-3 lbs country-style ribs, boned, extra fat trimmed
1 onion, sliced
1/2 C. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste
1/2 C. light beer or water
Arrange pork in casserole, add sliced onions. Mix paste and beer, pour over. Cover. Microwave on High 10 minutes, then half power for 60 minutes. Stir. Continue cooking another 10 minutes on low. Great served with pasta or rice. The long, slow cooking is very important. This is delicious!
