Ingredients
2 T. flour
2 t. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice
3 lbs. beef chuck short ribs, cut in 3″ pieces
2 t. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 t. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
1 1/2 t. Mansmith’s Dry Fire
1/4 C. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste
1 C. chili sauce
1/2 C. red wine
3 T. packed brown sugar
Instructions
Mix flour and grilling spice. Coat ribs with mixture. Heat oil in six quart pressure cooker. Braise the ribs until brown on all sides, set aside. Add the onion, celery, and pepper to the drippings and cook for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Add rest of ingredients plus 1 C. water, heat to boiling over high heat. Return ribs to pressure cooker, bring to pressure. Cook under pressure for 30 minutes. Delicious & Quick.
