1/4 Cup Mansmith’s BBQ Paste1/2 Cup catsup2 Tbsp. horseradish1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Blend all ingredients. Use on shellfish.
In a hurry? Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”. Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
