Instructions
Here’s an easy marinade to use on beef, chicken or pork.
¼ C. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste
¼ C. cider vinegar
¼ C. lemon juice
¼ C. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat into a glass dish or plastic zip bag.
