1/2 C. olive oil1/4 C. sugar3 T. wine vinegar1 T. minced parsley1 T. Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice (for a zestier version try Mansmith’s Wild Fire or Dry Fire)
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake. Serve on salad greens of your choice.
In a hurry? Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”. Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
