No Bake Cheesecake with Fresh Fruit


8 oz. cream cheese
½ C. sugar
8 oz.  Cool Whip
½ C. sour cream

Fruit topping:
Enough fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) to cover your pie.
Mansmith’s Cinnamon Stuff to your taste


Mix cream cheese and sugar together, add cool whip and sour cream. Pour into pastry shell or crumb crust (9 inch). Chill 4 hours. Mix fruit topping ingredients. Place fruit mixture onto cheesecake in desired design.

In a hurry?  Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”.  Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
