10 -12 large strawberries, rinsed and dried well
6 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. butter
Mansmith’s Cinnamon Stuff
Put chocolate, cream and butter in a heat proof bowl. Place over a small saucepan of simmering water. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Holding each strawberry by its stem, dip into chocolate. Remove with a twisting motion and allow excess to drip back into pan. Place berries on parchment paper. Sprinkle with Mansmith’s Cinnamon Stuff and let cool.
