Barbecued Apples


Combine 3 T. brown sugar with 1 T. Mansmith’s Cinnamon Stuff.
Core 4 apples and place on heavy-duty foil squares.  Spoon 1 T. sugar mixture into center of each apple, top with a little butter and wrap tightly in foil. Cook on preheated grill, covered.  Cook about 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
