Country Breakfast

Ingredients

8 oz. bulk pork sausage
8 oz. ground beef, turkey or wild game
2 C. frozen hash brown potatoes
½ C. chopped onion
12 eggs
½ C. milk
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Original or Low Sodium Grilling Spice
½ tsp. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a large skillet brown the sausage and ground meat until fully cooked. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and set aside. In the drippings (you may have to add some oil) cook the potatoes and the onion until potatoes are browned. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over the potato mixture. Add the meat mixture, cook and stir over medium heat until the eggs are set. Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
