Ingredients
1 T. olive oil
1/4 C. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 C. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste
1/2 C. cheap red wine
Instructions
Cook onion, garlic & rosemary in hot oil until onion is soft, stirring often. Add barbecue paste and wine. Heat quickly. Baste onto hot, grilled lamb riblets.
