1/4 C. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste1/4 C. peach jam1 onion, chopped fine1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, chopped fine1/3 C. apple juice1/4 tsp. Mansmith’s Wild Fire
Mix all ingredients together, and use to baste pork ribs during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
In a hurry? Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”. Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
