Slice the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then into ½-inch thick strips (like for steak fries). Place sliced sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl, coat with oil and sprinkle with grilling spice. Toss until thoroughly coated.
Spread fries in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Place in a 400º preheated oven and bake for 30 – 35 minutes, turning once. Bake until fries are tender and golden brown. If you want spicier fries you can use Mansmith’s Dry Fire .
