Ingredients
1# ground spicy pork sausage
1# ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T. Mansmith’s Garlic Stuff
1 T. Mansmith’s Barbecue Paste
2 lbs. processed cheese
1 lb. diced canned tomatoes
4 oz. diced green chili
Instructions
Brown meat with onion, stir in Garlic Stuff and Barbecue Paste. Put into crock pot and add 2# processed cheese. When the cheese is melted add 1# canned tomatoes and 4 oz. diced green chili. To serve, dip crusty French bread into cheese mixture.
