Quick Chip Dip

Ingredients

1 C. Sour Cream, regular or lite
1 Tbsp. Mansmith’s Crusting Rub

Mix ingredients and chill.
Serve with chips or crackers.

Note: You can substitute other Mansmith’s seasonings of your choice: Original, Wild Fire, etc.

In a hurry? Instead of making meatballs, make “meat cubes”. Spread meat mixture in a jelly roll pan and bake, then just cut meat into squares.
