Ingredients
1# beef or venison round steak, thinly sliced across the grain
2 C. boiling water
1/4 C. Salt
1/4 C. Mansmith’s Dry Fire
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, marinate for several hours. Dry, on rack in 250 degree oven until dry, about 3-4 hours.
