The juice and zest from one lime
1/4 C. tequila
1/4 C. Mansmith’s BBQ Paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
Combine the juice, zest, tequila and sugar in a glass bowl. Toss the shrimp in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for two hours before grilling.
