Mix all ingredients and pour over 3# chicken wings in a glass bowl or plastic zip bag. Refrigerate 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.Heat oven to 475. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray a rack with nonstick spray. Place wings in a single layer on the rack and bake for 15 minutes. In a small saucepan, boil the marinade. Brush the tops of the wings. Bake 15 minutes longer.
