Fried Chickpeas


1-16 oz. can chickpeas
Vegetable oil for deep frying
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Dry Fire


Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat dry on paper towels. Deep fry in 375º oil until crisp and golden, about 4 minutes. (You can use a frying pan with about 2 inches of oil and cook the chickpeas in small batches.) Drain on paper towels, then toss with Mansmith’s Dry Fire.
