Instructions
Brush slices of crusty Italian bread with a little olive oil. Add thinly sliced fresh tomatoes, a little sprinkle of Mansmith’s Original Grilling Spice and a few shavings of Parmesan cheese. Place under the broiler for a few seconds, just until the cheese starts to bubble.
