Cocktail Meatballs & Sauce


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 Cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 Cup minced onion
1/4 Cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. Mansmith’s Rib Spice

1 Cup Mansmith’s BBQ Paste
1 Cup pineapple juice
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 (12 oz.) can beer


Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls. Brown in skillet, oven bake or microwave until cooked. Add to heated sauce mixture below. Mix all sauce ingredients and heat in electric skillet. Add cooked meatballs. Serve with toothpicks.
