Chili Chips


1 1/2 T. Mansmith’s Dry Fire or Wild Fire or Chipotle Lime
4 flour tortilla
2 T. lime juice


Brush one side of tortillas with lime juice. Sprinkle with Mansmith’s Seasoning. Cut tortillas into quarters and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, chili side up. Bake in a 400° oven for about 10 minutes, until chips are lightly browned and crisp. Serve with home- made salsa.
